ONWARD is an individualized support experience built to help your patients who have been prescribed ZILBRYSQ for treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) throughout every step of their treatment journey.* With ONWARD, your prescribed patients living with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) will be paired with a dedicated, medically trained Care Coordinator† who will provide tailored support based on each patient's unique needs.

For your patient
With ONWARD, your eligible patients will receive a dedicated, medically trained Care Coordinator. Once enrolled, the Care Coordinator will reach out to begin providing one-on-one support and personalized resources to help patients start and stay on ZILBRYSQ.

Committed to patient safety, UCB is working with PANTHERx Rare as the ZILBRYSQ-exclusive dispensing pharmacy to help patients access their REMS-required vaccines.
Vaccination Status and Tracking
- After receiving a prescription, PANTHERx Rare may contact your office to confirm the patient’s vaccination history (if not already provided)
- For required vaccinations, PANTHERx Rare will track and communicate upcoming doses with the patient and your office
Vaccination Support
To support patient safety, PANTHERx Rare will:
- Monitor patient journey as it relates to accessing vaccines as needed to meet REMS requirements
- Help facilitate vaccination access by identifying local providers (eg, pharmacies, health departments) within a patient’s geographic location OR providing an in-home vaccination option for patients
- Follow up with your office to update vaccination records as needed
